About ACMT (Access Code Management Tool)

The Access Code Management Tool (ACMT) is accessible online and enables authorized program leaders to easily distribute and manage purchased access codes through a dedicated “code bank.”

Please contact the AAMC Store for additional information about establishing access to ACMT. 

ACMT capabilities:

· See all your access codes in a central location.
· Monitor expiration dates of access codes within each code bank. 
· Easily send product access codes from your ACMT dashboard rather than creating a separate email per code to distribute codes to your colleagues.
· Track the number of codes available in your code bank(s). 
· Track which code is assigned to each colleague. 
· Easily resend the original email message to colleagues who may have lost their codes.
· Easily revoke unused codes and assign them to other colleagues.

About the AAMC Faculty Salary Report

This report is updated annually to provide compensation data from the most recent survey results.  The FY 2023 online report has been updated to include the 10th and 90th percentiles in the compensation tables.  The report is available online through a 12-month subscription.

Key features include:

• Statistics for total compensation — the sum of fixed/contractual salary, medical practice supplement, and bonus/incentive pay—for more than 131,000 full-time medical school faculty.
• Tables breaking out total compensation by degree, rank, department/specialty, medical school type, region, gender, and race/ethnicity.
• Tables showing the faculty count, mean, median, and the 10th, 25th, 75th, and 90th percentiles for each combination of six faculty ranks (Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, Chief, and Chair) and two degree types (MD or equivalent degree and PhD or other doctoral degree) across 100 departments/specialties in basic and clinical sciences.

This online report includes three years of data (FY 2021 – FY 2023). Buyers will receive an email with access instructions once their purchase is complete.

PRODUCT FORMAT

Instructions for how to access the Access Code Management Tool (ACMT) and resources to help you navigate the new system will be provided to you once you make your purchase. You will need to log in to ACMT using your AAMC account credentials.

Please keep in mind that you are only allowed to have one AAMC account. If you have more than one account, or if you have forgotten your username and/or password, please contact Account Help for assistance.

TERMS OF SALE

All sales of code bank products are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

The unredeemed access codes within the code bank may be issued by you for 365 days from the date of purchase. Any access code not issued 365 days after purchase will be forfeited. This product is not intended for individual resale.

Access code recipients will receive an email with instructions on how and by when to access the product. The minimum purchase through the code bank is 10 subscriptions to the AAMC Faculty Salary Report.
