Thank you for your interest in a training with the Careers in Medicine (CiM) Team. To purchase a CiM in-person training for your institution, please complete the payment process. Once your payment is received, a member of the CiM team will contact you to make arrangements to deliver this service.

Dates are flexible but must be agreed upon at least two months in advance of the delivery date.

REFUND POLICY

Detailed in our terms and conditions. Please be aware that in the event your Institution postpones a Training and the AAMC has already incurred travel expenses for the original Training date, your Institution agrees to pay for all un-reimbursable travel expenses incurred.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CiM TRAININGS

Date of Training: The Training will be delivered at the date and time previously agreed to in writing by the parties. The parties agree that in the event either party needs to postpone the Training, the postponing party shall promptly provide the other notification of postponement. The AAMC and Institution shall work together to identify another mutually agreeable date to hold the Training. For in-person Trainings: in the event Institution postpones and the AAMC has already incurred travel expenses for the original Training date, Institution agrees to pay for all un-reimbursable travel expenses incurred.

Intellectual Property: The AAMC retains all rights, title and interest in and to any and all AAMC materials provided to Institution and Training participants under this Agreement (“Materials”). AAMC representatives attending the Training shall identify portions of the Materials available for Institution use; no other portions of the Materials may be used by the Institution without prior written permission. In the event Institution records the Training, the recording may only be posted on the Institution’s internal (intranet) website to be removed and deleted on June 30th of the next full academic year. For example, if a training takes place December 14, 2024, the recording must be deleted by June 30, 2026.
